Terms of Service

Effective date: July 6, 2026

These terms apply to the Elmora website and managed worker pilot service. By using Elmora, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for workflows you are authorized to operate.

Service status

Elmora is currently offered through managed pilots. Features may change, pause, or be replaced as the service is developed, and workflow scope is agreed separately during onboarding.

Acceptable use

Account connections

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to administer. The IMAP/SMTP password form is limited to eligible non-Google, non-Microsoft mailboxes; Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and consumer Google or Microsoft accounts must use their dedicated connection process. An email address does not always reveal a custom-domain hosting provider, so you are responsible for selecting the correct provider flow.

An email password or app password entered in the one-time form is transmitted to the assigned worker and is not stored or logged by the Elmora control plane. Manual server settings are accepted only after automatic discovery fails and require password re-entry. The assigned worker may securely store an accepted credential to provide the authorized service. Revoking the worker or expiring the link cannot recall a credential already delivered; remove the account from the worker and rotate or revoke the credential with the email provider when access must end. Elmora does not automatically replay a credential after an uncertain network outcome.

Third-party services

Elmora may integrate with Google, Microsoft, email providers, and other third-party services. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms and policies.

No warranty

Elmora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during this preview period, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
